Entries and Suggested Entry Donations
To help with planning and organisation please enter online via the link below. Online entries will close at 14:00 hrs on 10th April 2025. The suggested entry donation (as we are a charity) for the event is £40 per boat.
Event Schedule
• Registration at the clubhouse from Saturday 09:30 hrs
• Competitor Briefing Time 10:30 hrs
• Race 1 Warning Signal not before 10:55 hrs
• 2 back to back races before lunch
• Lunch break,
• 2 back to back races after lunch
• Sunday, 3 back to back races Race 5 Warning Signal not before 09:55 hrs
If cancellation is required due to weather or any other unforeseen event, then this will be notified on the YDSC website.

Other Key Information
The YDSC Galley will be open from 09.00 on Saturday for breakfast butties and lunches. The club are planning an evening meal to be available on the Saturday evening at 18.30. The menu is not yet finalised but once it is it will be bookable using the booking link below. Anyone registered will get a notification once it goes live. ORDERS SHOULD BE PLACED BY 14.00 hrs ON 10th April 2025.
Camping for motorhomes and tents is free (sorry, Yorkshire Water specify no caravans). Gates open at 09.00 on 12th April 2025 and visitors should leave by 17.00 on 13th April 2025. The site may be open on Friday 10th May by prior arrangement.
