Registration: 0900 to 1030  1000-1130 on Saturday 4 October

Entry

Entry is now open via this website.

Entry fee £65 until midnight on 19th Sept, then £75 thereafter.

Online entry closes at midnight on 1st Oct.

Entries at registration at the discretion of the Organising Committee, £75.

Boats helmed by a GWSC member who has registered a boat at GWSC should enter and pay the full entry fee as normal.  However after the event they can claim back the £47 GWSC race management element of the entry fee from the GWSC office.

Food and Drink

Lisa and her team will be providing great catering all weekend including a Saturday night meal when the cheap bar will be open!

Main course £15: Lasagne and chips and salad OR Thai chicken curry and rice OR vegetarian options 

Pudding £2.50: Chocolate lumpy bumpy OR apple pie and cream

Please note that a minimum of 25 will be required for the evening meal to be viable, but with 3 fleets, that shouldn't be a problem! We do hope you will all support the club on Saturday evening.

Camping

Campers and camper vans are welcome, pre booking is available online here . Pre-booking of camper vans is essential. There is a charge of £15 per night for Campervans, £10 per night for Camping (please note – NO caravans – GWSC lease does not allow them).

Refund policy:
If you cancel your entry before the early entry deadline we will refund all fees, minus a £15 admin fee. If you cancel after the early entry deadline, but before online entry closes our standard policy is to return 50% of fees. Where an event entry limit has been reached a refund will only be issued if another boat from the waiting list takes your place. If you cancel after entry closes we will not usually issue a refund.
Please note that where entry is paid directly to the club and for club hosted events a different policy may apply - please contact the club for details.
