RS200 Class Committee: new roles/structure - PLEASE HELP!
The RS200 Class Committee are very keen to get extra support with the running of the class.
The description of the proposed roles and structure have been posted to the RS Association website Rules/Docs.
Copies of these documents will be on the notice boards at the Inlands this weekend and we are keen to get as many new volunteers as possible - please help :o)
The roles/structure represent the best your current committee could come up with, but we welcome any support and assistance offered. Hence if you think you have something to offer which is not listed, or you'd like to do a combination of parts of a couple of roles, or you would like to share a role between a couple of people, please let us know - we're flexible and would be delighted with any offers of help.
At present people have already volunteered for the following: Class Rep (Paul Goodwin), Vice Class Rep (Nick Charles), Events Rep (Pete Vincent), Technical Rep (Ian Pickard), Results (Wes Kangurs), Divisions (Sarah Taylor/Lucy Matthews), Nationals Website (Juliet Kingsnorth/Jane Willan), Photographs (Richard Neall), Youth Rep (Lucy Preston). Sorry if I've missed anyone who has already volunteered - please let me know!
So, come forward and help take the RS200 class to a new level by volunteering to join in with the running of the class - there's so much more we can do!
If you would like to volunteer or have any questions, please contact Paul Goodwin, Pete Vincent or me (via the RS website contact details or this mailing list) ... or sign up on the noticeboards at Grafham this weekend.
