RS400 Winter Coaching Weekend
Everyone,
I hope you are all looking forward to 2009. I am and I'm planning to embrace the winter this year, and actually sail through it!!!
The 2009 circuit calendar is coming together nicely and as soon as it's finalised we'll let you know. The committee will be announced soon too.
Louise Hosken and I were having a natter over a cider a few weeks ago... and decided that winter training to kick off the season would be the best way to start a plan to win the Nationals! Save the date - March 21/22. We're going to Northampton for a training weekend. The location is half way between Portsmouth and Manchester, as central as we could get really. We will have enough coaches to gear Saturday to your personal needs and we'll have a proper dinner and social on the saturday night and then run lots of short races on the sunday to keep us all warm and to practice new techniques. There will be more information in the Christmas newsletter as well as information about how to register.
See you on the water. Please let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions for next year.
