We had 2 excellent photographers on the water. Beverley and Jonathan Johns, LPB Aerial Photography were there on day 2 and BIG day 4. They've had some problems with their computer but all sorted now, and photos will available to view an buy at http://www.lpbaerial.com/ by next Wednesday (10 Sep). They are also preparing a video which will be available shortly. Tom Gruitt was there for the champagne sailing on day 5. His photos are available to view and buy at http://www.tom-gruitt.co.uk/
At the AGM (minutes will be available on-line soon) your Fleet Chairman, Keith, explained the importance of having fleet captains at clubs. These people can disseminate information to non-Association members as well as members, and is an essential but not too onerous role. Many thanks to those who offered to take this role; if you would like to help with this at your club, please contact me.
You'll now be looking forward to 2015. We are planning a Championship Tour, and 3 Regional Tours - Scottish, Northern & Southern - as in 2014. Work is on-going on this, but we can confirm the following -
Eurocup - YC Carnac, 23-26 May
UK Nationals - Tenby SC, 9-13 August
Get them in your diary now!
As ever, we are always on the look out for committee members. Go on, give it a try ...
