West Country Boat Repairs and Rooster RS4000 Southern Tour
The tour will comprise 8 events, with 4 to count, kicking off at Chichester YC on 14th March
"You can tell the class has something good going on when two 'legendary stalwarts' of dinghy sailing decide to both sponsor and compete on the tour!" said Pete Vincent owner of
West Country Boat Repairs, adding that it was "Steve Cockerill of
Rooster Sailing who described us as stalwarts!"
Steve said "Last year was my first RS400 Southern Tour as a competitor and a sponsor. The tour was amazing - the sponsor's not bad either :-)"
Much of the credit for the tour's success goes to outgoing Tour Reps, Sean Cleary and Annalise Nixon, now en-route to New Zealand. Huge thanks and good luck to them, and congratulations on their engagement!
The new team of Trisha Clancy, Steve Cockerill, Pete Vincent and Alicia Andrews have risen to the task and planned a fabulous series of events with a mix of venues and events to suit everyone.
