LYMINGTON DINGHY REGATTA 2025 - ENTRY NOW OPEN!

Hosted by Royal Lymington Yacht Club & Lymington Town Sailing Club.

One of the most popular events on the Solent sailing calendar! The Lymington Dinghy Regatta promises a fantastic weekend of competitive racing and lively socials in the stunning Western Solent.

An event on 6 RS Class Association series

• RS100 Rooster National Tour
• RS200 West Country Boat Repairs SW Ugly Tour
• RS200 Sailing Chandlery EaSEA Tour
• RS400 Sailing Chandlery Southern Tour
• RS800 Rooster National Tour
• RS Vareo Noble Marine National Championship

All of our fleets with 8+ boats will have a class start.

Racing Format

Racing will take place on two dedicated race courses in the Western Solent, with up to four starts per course. Expect 2–3 races per fleet each day. Full details can be found in the Notice of Race (NoR).

Accommodation & Camping

Very local camping is available for tents and campervans on the nearby scout field (Friday and Saturday nights). Spaces are limited – be sure to book your pitch when entering.  Just £11/night for tents, £18/night for campervans.  

Saturday Night Social

Everyone is welcome to join us for the Saturday night social at LTSC. If you'd like to enjoy the sailing supper, please reserve your meal when submitting your entry.  Choice of sausages & mash, meat or veggie lasagne, £12/person.

Refund policy:
If you cancel your entry before the early entry deadline we will refund all fees, minus a £10 admin fee. If you cancel after the early entry deadline, but before online entry closes our standard policy is to return 50% of fees. Where an event entry limit has been reached a refund will only be issued if another boat from the waiting list takes your place. If you cancel after entry closes we will not usually issue a refund. Please note that where entry is paid directly to the club and for club hosted events a different policy may apply - please contact the club for details.
