It is run by volunteer sailors with back-up by part time professional administrators
The sailors make the plans and decisions - without having to do all the leg work

The cost is tiny compared to your benefits, working out less than a cup of coffee a month!
By taking out International Class Association membership for one class, you will have reciprocal membership to the RS100, RS200, RS300, RS400, RS600, RS700, RS800, RS Vareo International and International RS500 Class Associations
One event membership is available for all events except National and major championships, for use by those borrowing a boat, intending to only sail in one RS Class Association event etc. Click here.

Trophies arrive at Royal North in advance of Championships

Royal North of Ireland Yacht Club took delivery of the Prize ware for the upcoming RS400 Eurocup and UK/Irish Nationals 3^rd -8^th August.

The Event starts in just 17 days, and preparations are well underway for this much anticipated Championships. Some local sailors fresh from the Dun Laoghaire Regatta, are getting their 400’s up to scratch ready for this battle of the titans against their English, Scottish and European peers.

Gerry Reid the Event Director said “We are delighted with the trophies and the Kind support from Mercedes Benz Belfast. There is a real buzz about the club as we prepare for the Eurocup, as we look forward to welcoming visitors far and wide, and many old friends returning to Belfast Lough for this Event.”

Entry is still open for those who fancy their chances, and a bit of the Legendary Royal North Craic and Hospitality!
