A super way to round off your RS racing year with friends: two great days of fleet racing with a sit down meal together on Saturday evening

Rooster National Tour final event and prize giving: RS300, RS400, RS500, RS600, RS800, and RS Vareo

Racing

Online entry is has now closed.  But you can still enter on paper in person at registration on Saturday 0900-1030hrs.  A late fee of £10 will be payable.

Entry fee: single hander £50, double hander £68.  Rutland SC members please enter online and pay online as normal.  Reclaim the RSC race management element of the entry fee from the RSC office after the event (£39 for single hander and £48 for double hander).

Helm and crew need to be members of the RS Class Association in order to be eligible to race at this event.  One event membership is available from the shop here or you can add to your online entry basket

Online entry closes 0001hrs Thurs 2 Nov.  Payment made after this date will be subject to a £10 late fee.  Entry on paper will be available at registration but will be subject to the same £10 late fee.

Registration: Sat 0900-1030hrs at the club office downstairs by the front door.

Race briefing: An online briefing video will be available by 1900hrs on the evening of Friday 3rd November here

1st warning signal Sat 1155hrs and and Sun 1025hrs.

Race schedule: 3 races back to back, 2 days.

Subject to there being a sufficient number of competitors, the courses to be used will be: Asymmetrics: Windward – Leeward, Symmetrics: Trapezoid.

Food and Drink

Charnia Kitchen will be open all weekend from 0830hrs Sat and Sun serving breakfast, packed lunch, hot and cold food and drink

Sat evening meal 1900hrs two courses for £12:

Main: Beef Lasagne, with Garlic Bread & Salad (GFA) Or Veggie Lasagne, with Garlic Bread & Salad (GFA, VEA)
Pudding: Vanilla Cheesecake with Berry Compote(GFA, VEA

Accommodation

Accommodation is available on site in the club dormitary rooms.  Book via the Rutland SC office here

Refund policy:
If you cancel your entry before the early entry deadline we will refund all fees, minus a £15 admin fee. If you cancel after the early entry deadline, but before online entry closes our standard policy is to return 50% of fees. Where an event entry limit has been reached a refund will only be issued if another boat from the waiting list takes your place. If you cancel after entry closes we will not usually issue a refund.
